Peanut Chutney Powder Preparation



  • 150g peanuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons fried gram
  • 10-15 dry red chilies
  • 6-7 garlic cloves
  • 20-25 curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of i cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon of jaggery
  • Salt to taste

  1. In a pan heat the peanuts and keep them aside.
  2. Heat all the ingredients except jaggery and salt.
  3. Peel the peanut skin and then add all the ingredients (including jaggery and salt ) in a jar and grind it to make a fine powder
  4. You can serve Peanut Chutney Powder along with curd with Chapatis/Roti
